Colonneh Lodge’s Leadership Development Day is an event designed to develop the skills of current and future chapter officers, OA unit representatives, and ceremonialists. Each group will participate in dedicated, day-long breakouts designed to strengthen chapter operations, improve unit outreach, and grow high-quality ceremonies teams. The event also includes a chapter officer goal-setting workshop, the OA Unit Representative Summit, and concludes with the August Lodge Executive Committee meeting. Lunch is included.

Breakouts include: Chapter Leadership Training, Ceremonialist Training, and OA Unit Representative Summit.

What to Bring

  • Copy of a current Annual Health and Medical Record (Part A & B for all Scouting events) for every participant
  • Field uniform and sash
  • Water bottles
  • Note-taking items and writing utensils
  • Spending money for trading post, optional. Tons of awesome Colonneh Lodge gear will be available for purchase...you will be impressed!
